My experience in South Korea
It was my first trip to South Korea but I managed to visit three distinct destinations: Busan, Jeju Island, and Seoul. And I loved every one of them!
I spent four weeks in Busan and it is definitely one of my favorite cities ever. Clean, organized, inexpensive public transport, and a beautiful coastline combine to make a wonderful experience. There are still comparatively few Non-Asian tourists in Busan so this is your chance to feel like an explorer!
Jeju Island also has surprisingly good public transportation, a huge number of smaller museums/attractions, and some of the most beautiful nature you can imagine. Gorgeous beaches, fun coastal walks, and impressive waterfalls wherever you go.
Finally, the much more cosmopolitan Seoul offers something for everyone: historical sights for history lovers and K-Drama fans alike, plenty of beauty treatments and shopping, as well as cute neighborhoods and iconic attractions. Definitely a must on any Korea itinerary!
